Yoga

Amy Redler is a very experienced teacher who runs our yoga facilities.

The word yoga derives from the Sanskrit word for a yoking and joined together. During the class particular attention is given to breathing and the releasing of unnecessary muscle contraction and tension. The classes are all levels and everybody’s welcome and works at their own pace.

This is a non-competitive class and our aims are to learn some simple but effective tools to help unwind and unravel some of the stresses and strains in our lives and to do this is a gentle and enjoyable way!

Regular Yoga greatly reduces the risk of heart disease, elicits relaxation, boosts flexibility and builds tone.

Amy Ku Redler has trained and studied in Thailand and UK, practiced and taught Thai Yoga Massage since 1991.

Yoga has been and continues to be a significant and vital part of Amy's personal as well as professional development. She teaches Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage courses and workshops in London, Tuscany (Italy) and in Thailand. Amy is a founding member of TTYMA the first Thai Yoga Massage association in the UK.

Amy also practices holistic massage (ITEC, London) and Ayurvedic massage (learned in India). She has been featured in recent years in articles in The Sunday Times, Vogue, and Shape and cited as one of London's top 100 therapists in the London Evening Standard.

We have started our Yoga classes on Tuesdays at 13:15. The classes are for a maximum eight people as this will allow you to get plenty of individual attention.
