Leesa Grealy
Leesa Grealy studied Holistic Reflexology and Aromatherapy at the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine.
While she was training, she worked giving health advice to the public using natural remedies such as essential oils and had special training in western herbs, kinesiology, nutritional supplements and Bush Flower Remedies. Since qualifying, Leesa has done work with the London Lighthouse treating people with HIV and Aids, Shoreditch Spa Trust and other charities specializing in treating people with mental health problems and learning disabilities. She has also participated in many “Healthy Living Days” and “Health Detox Weeks” where she has given talks and workshops on Reflexology and Aromatherapy and how to use these therapies at home.
Leesa is committed to educating people about natural remedies and therapies to achieve optimum balanced health. She regularly attends workshops and lectures to explore new techniques and current ideas and future goals for the governing bodies of complementary medicine.
Leesa takes a holistic approach to treatments combining Meridian therapy and Bush flower remedies. This enhances the reflexology treatment and helps to achieve balance of body and mind.
“I think reflexology is a powerful therapy that should be utilized more as preventative medicine, as with the other complementary therapies currently available. It would be nice to see these forms of natural methods to ease painful states of mind and body. After all, complementary means completing or perfecting.” Leesa Grealy
